Community Outreach Programs

Continuing the youth programs already in place such as SRO, D.A.R.E. and Farm Safety Day and find ways to expand the opportunities for Deputies to interact and build connections with the local community.

Collaborative Partnerships

Continuing and strengthening the partnerships the Sheriff’s Office already has.  As these partnerships are vital to serving our community.

Jail services; Mental Health, Treatment, and Education 

Through my experience as a Mental Health Rehab Worker, Peace Officer, and Jail Administrator, I understand the necessity of working with the County Board and local, state, and national partners to increase services in the jail.   

Deputy and Employee wellbeing

Deputies, Dispatchers and Jailers have very stressful jobs.  As such developing a plan to address physical, mental and emotional health will be a priority.
